1. The project is located at 1o15 Mulberry Street, Kansas City, Missouri. Currently the building is known as the Moline Plow Co., and was designed and built by Asa Beebe Cross c. 19o2.

Currently the building is zoned M2B, and the building is sprinkled throughout.  The buildings' primary use for the last 1o3 years is warehousing and office space on the first level, and sparse and sundry storage on the six stories above.  The proposed use for the building in the short term (  5-1o years  ) as indicated by the owners program will be a light use office space on the second floor with the office/warehouse on the first level to remain.  After this 5-1o year term, the program is undefined, however it may include more office space and/or residential condos based solely on the demand at the time, and the availability of updated infrastructure.
